A friend of mine loves Biostar for some reason. I've told him that their shit, but he has one of their mobos and thinks it is great. He also thinks he can game on a GT 440 and should spend his money on games, not an upgraded graphics card.

You can game on a 440 (technically)... It just won't have the resolution, detail, and frame rates at acceptable levels...
