Hey guys just a little build log for you!
 
This is a built for a client, he had about £800 to build a rig for video/music editing and light gaming (Most of the parts were his choice, as much as I tried to persuade him it is HIS money not mine)
He is intending to buy an 880 series GPU when the time comes, but he is moving home so he cannot spend too much right now, this should be great for his editing though and playing morrowind which is apparently his favourite game

The i7 arrived, turns out the delivery company left it in a box behind my house, I am going to complain to amazon (as that is where it was bought from)

Not really a gaming rig, 

 

he also plans to buy an 800 series GPU when he goes back to the USA when they are released

 

So unbalanced.. An H60? REALLY? H80i would have been better, client.

 

Either way, curious how it goes.

 

Ran out of money, he was adamant he wanted a water cooler, so I have provided a water cooler - he will not be pushing crazy overclocks the h60 will be perfectly fine, under normal usage it is only a few degrees worse than the h100i, it gets really bad rep  for no reason, Kitguru and most other places give it rave reviews

 

Tbh he is moving back to the states so I will never see him again, (also he spent like twice as much as it would cost as US hardware is way cheaper)

 

I have found the i7, it was by my backdoor ^^

Nice little build you got. Kind of weird not matching the color scheme with RAM/ Motherboard.

 

Not intentional, it was all the store had so he just ordered it, I would have just bought different ram but w/e

Just did it this morning, not very long at all, 2 hours at most, and I had lunch inbetween

 

No OS installed as it has no arrived

Yeah its actually 100x nicer than I thought it would be, for the price its a decent case, and way less ugly in real life

yeah, i would get one of them but my thing is now that int needs 4 usb ports, cause my dell case has 4 usbs i dont want to downgrade

Well it has 2 front USB 3

 

and there is 6 on the mobo so its ok

 

 

I am excited to see what the 750ti can do :3

I wish they were at least on the back of the card instead of the back corner. That made cable management pretty easy.

Yeah if they were on the end or on the back, that would be perfect

 

I quite like them at they do not cause GPU sag and you can hide them around the frame

wow, he could have done a lot better. he could have had a less expensive cpu and had like a 760 in there. But that's a shame he didn't.
