Internet Lag, because of computer?

So, lately i've been experiencing a whole lot of lag (MS, Latency, Ping) when playing online multiplayer games. And i've noticed that it only lags when my computer becomes very loud ( loud as in the sound that comes out from the computer, when playing games). When the computer is dead silent my lag disappears into obscurity and i can play with very little - to no lag at all.

Is this my power supply or? If my description wasnt clear enough please ask !

The loudness is from your fans. If your fans' speed is automatic, they start spinning faster and louder, because your system temps are going up (because your system is under load).

It isn't your Internet connection that is "lagging" but rather your CPU or GPU overheating, causing frame drops. If your CPU is overheating then it will automatically down clock to protect itself from thermal overload, your GPU does the same.

What you are perceiving as "lag" is infact your components thermally throttling. I came to this conclusion from the fact that your fans spin up before lagging.

Try downloading Hwmonitor or MSI Afterburner to monitor your CPU + GPU temps. Play a game for a while and report the peak temps back here.

Edit: Read your specs, check your CPU cooler, I have a feeling it is the stock Intel cooler.
