Is the Enermax ETL650AWT-M reliable?

Enermax is one of those last ditch brands where if everything else is sold out, I would get it.

What about the Cooler Master GM Series 80Plus Bronze 550W?

The GM series are decent but if you need 550W you would be better off with a CS550M from corsair. If you need higher wattages you would be better off with a Seasonic 750/850W, an EVGA G2 750/850W or Powerflower 750/850W.
