This may sound like a noob question, well because it is but my question is how do you redeem game codes on UPLAY?

By giving it to "fletch to 99" xD... but in all seriousness go to the uplay website, log into your account. Next add the game to your cart then click checkout. On the checkout page where it says "Add a code" add the code there.
