Unfortunately you won't be able to get your exact requirements, you'll have to compromise somewhere, mostly on the >60Hz.  Currently there aren't any 120Hz 4K monitors, and there are technical problems with this at the moment.  If you want accurate, good-looking, consistent color reproduction, you will be looking for an IPS panel, which have trouble too far beyond 60Hz.  You won't find any 120Hz+ IPS panels.  4K 120Hz monitors specifically, can't be done at the moment.  There is currently no display interface (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.) that has enough bandwidth for a 120Hz 4K display.  This won't be a possibility until the DisplayPort 1.3 is finalized, and that appears to be a while off still.

My only problem with BenQ is I hear they have poor color reproduction :/ and this monitor in particular has no 3D capabilities that I can tell

No, I don't think it does. I do agree with @Glenwing, you're going to have to compromise somewhere because there's no monitors available with all of your requirements at the moment.

Yeah I figured I couldnt get everything lol but I like to dream :P

Well then I suppose, if a >60Hz monitor is less likely to blur in games, then thats what id prefer over a higher resolution, without dropping below 1080p.

I have considered though using 2 monitors (at seperate resolutions if I can) one at 60Hz with great colors and 3D for color work/CADD and 3D movies. And a >60Hz 1080p monitor for games.

Im not against playing with color settings and sliders to fine tune my monitor experience and tbh im not a super color snob. Ive played just fine on monitors of all quality so things like grayer blacks dont bother me THAT much :)
