Cheapest 24 inch 1080P monitor?

I'm sick of using my bad, 32 inch tv as my monitor, and I wanna get a real PC monitor. Im on a tight budget though, and am wondering what the cheapest would be for around a 24 inch sized 1080p monitor.

I found a Dell NA P2212HB for 39 dollars used, but its also a 22 inch monitor. Does 2 inches make a big difference?

Some help would be great!

I already have. I live in a small town, so there is really nothing nearby (just monitors that are just not even worth it because they are either too small or not 1080p).

The RL2455HM by Benq is probably the most purchased monitor (cheap monitor) for only ~ $150
