Can I run a R9 270 with an AMD x4 760k with a 430w PSU

I'm doing a personal build and I'm wondering if my 430w PSU will power my machine.

 

 

Specs

AMD Athlon x4 760k FM2

8 GB of Kingston HyperX Fury (1 dimm)

XFX R9 270 Double Dissipation

EVGA 430w PSU

Cooler Master Seidon 120V
