3 SLI yes, if you have the right motherboard with the right PCIE configuration.

It can handle Quad SLI; 3 way or 4 way not somuch... Remember your wording QUAD is 2x Dual GPU cards like Titan Zs You run QUAD SLI Titan Zs (2 Titan Zs) or 4 way Titan Blacks(4 Titan Blacks)
