copy/paste issue only on ltt forum w/ ie

so yeh title says it all, when i try and paste a pcpartpicker link as a response to a thread it doesnt work then when i do it on another forum it works. :c

You have to copy the BB code, if you wan't it to show up like this: PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Try another browser and see if that works

@AlwaysFSX when i right click the paste option is faded. no way to paste :c

 

@Jobbe03 i dont wanna since i was unable to fix the laggy scrolling with firefox

Not permanently, make sure it works in chrome, that way we know it's an IE problem.

maybe your pc caught up a virus.

@Wikiforce that doesnt make any sense, ive got my antivirus on my blade and it would tell me if something unsafe was on my pc. i dont think thats the issue.

LTT forums don't like IE :( You have to click the little switch at the top right of the reply box to put it into simplified mode to copy/paste and quote unfortunately that also means you have to do some of the fancy stuff manually in BB code if you need it. Hopefully it'll get fixed one day but from what I can tell its been like that for a long time now.
