T-Mobile phone under $100?

my dad broke his s3 so now he needs a new phone. Some under $100 that preferably uses andriod and can use the tmobile network, Any ideas?

It's not an Android phone, but get the Nokia Lumia 521 (make sure it's the TMo one).

I bought one for myself, and sure it's low spec'd, but it feels like a high end device when using it. It's surprisingly fast, and everything runs just fine on it.

As for apps, I'm pretty sure you'll be fine. The Windows App Store is A LOT better than what it was before. Don't worry about it.
