New pc for gaming

Hello,

I'm looking at building a new pc for gaming only game it has to run is WoW for the rest i just use it for browsing and youtube ect.

1. Budget & Location
Location: netherlands

Budget: A tough one since i been told WoW has pretty ancient engine and no amount of high-end videocards you trow at it will stop it from having a fairly large fps drop in demanding locations (raids mostly) and that the game is mostly held back by the cpu.

So the budget is where the preformance gains get so small for the extra money it just a waste.

2. Aim
Mostly WoW and basic stuff like youtube browing ect i dont play any high demanding games but for wow im looking at 60fps on ultra setting in NON crowded area's for demanding places like raids and bgs im fine with anything above 30fps

I do like it to be somewhat silent.

i been told a overclocked i5 is great for wow so guess aftermarket cpu cooling and motherboard have to be suited for this.

3. Monitors
Either a 29inch 21:9 1080p monitor or a 1440P one (depending on price of it when it avialable in the netherlands if even) so for any build sugestions 2 sugestions for either monitor be great.

4. Peripherals
I do need them but i dont need any sugestions on this also not on the case.

5. Why are you upgrading?

My current pc is pretty old the case is from 2003 and about 3 year ago i had to replace mobo ram gpu cpu and psu on the cheap for about 300euro so they pretty useless currently they can run wow but on good settings and in crowed areas i have a slideshow.

Nothing will be reused from the old pc it will serve as a spare one in the household here.

Well budget as i said as long as it can run wow on ultra at 60fps in non crowded areas and in the more crowded placesanything above 30fps it doesnt matter much how much it costs since wow very cpu bound so it wont get to expensive.

Your list is about what i had in mind i did pick the 4gb version of the 770 you sure the one you picked is enough for 1440p on a 21:9 monitor (so 3440 x 1440 pixels)

So the budget will be around 1200euro just for the tower (excluding case)

If anyone can give me a build around this price range while keeping in mind im either getting a 1440p 21:9 or a 1080p 21:9 monitor
