Looking to buy a CPU cooler

So in a couple of days I'm going to order my new PC.

And I was wondering about CPU cooler. I will be getting FX 8350.

I have some in mind I will list them below, so tell me what do u think and what cooler do u recommend for AMD FX 8350 that will fit insade Fractal R4? oh and the ram is going to be Kingston HyperX Beast.

The CNPS14X is bound to be the best, based upon it's design. RAM clearance looks good too.

Are these the only options?

 

The CNPS14X is bound to be the best, based upon it's design. RAM clearance looks good too.

I believe it actually scores near the lower end, especially among dual tower coolers.

From looking at a review and making some inferences

The Mugen4 can compete with an NHD14, the PHTC14PE is slightly better than a D14, and the PHTC14PE beats the Zalman one by a good margin.

But honestly, if you are gaming, just buy an i5 and cool it later.

I've read somewhere that 212 evo isn't enough for 8350

Best choice is the Mugen 4 then.

 

I've read somewhere that 212 evo isn't enough for 8350

it's good enough for around 4.2~4.4Ghz depending on ambient and case. You usually want to replace the fan on that because what it comes with is not particularly great.

i5 will still be better.  Unless you are making a purely video editing and rendering rig, the i5 will perform better.
