The build below is from www.computeruniverse.net. I am not recommending them or suggesting they are a good merchant. They are located in Germany and have a very good selection of pc components which is why I used them to assemble this list. You may well be able to find the parts locally and at better prices - I simply don't know.

The build is slightly over budget. Select a different monitor to bring it under budget.

Do you really intend to SLI two GTX Titan?

If you do, then certainly the psu is too small. You would want about 850W, perhaps EVGA SuperNOVA NEX850G G2 850 Watt, Super Flower Leadex 80Plus Gold 850 Watt,  or Corsair AX860 860 Watt ATX 2.31. A larger psu would be desirable if you intend to overclock the gpu.

That is quite a motherboard.

I would suggest a different ssd, Crucial CT128MX100SSD1 or Samsung MZ-7TE120BW. Better yet, get something larger.

Do you have SPS-0730M or SP-730M?

How do i find that out?

It should be on a label on the side of the psu - the one that specifies supported loads. Look for something like Model SPS-730xxxxx or SP-730xxxxx, where xxxxx is some unknown length string of letters & or numbers.
