Water in reservoir is murky ?

Hey, today I noticed that my water in my reservoir is white and murky. I'm using distilled water and dazmode protector. I have had the loop for about 5-6 months now. Should I refill the loop now? Also, should I replace my tubing when refilling? I'm using PrimoFlex Advanced LRT red.

From what I know, you have to refill the loop every 6 months or so...

I'd drain and clean your loop and check your blocks/tubing for any buildup. If your tubing is leeching plasticizer (which it shouldn't, Advanced LRT is pretty nice), definitely replace it.

White and murky? Maybe you have air in your loop and/or getting bubbles generated by your pump? What kind of res do you have? Mine in the water fall mode would generate a lot of bubbles and look white.

I don't think it's bubbles, I had the loop running everyday for a quite some time now. The reservoir I'm currently using is the Bitspower Multi Z 150ml.

The white isn't like solid milk white. Just grey-ish, white-ish. Really diluted white. If that makes any sense.

Hmm... then ya, might be time to open er up and inspect. Check the tubing, shouldn't leech anything...

Depends what "it" actually is. :) If it is some sort of gunk, it could clog up your blocks and rads and screw with your performance. If the water doesn't look right, you really need to drain the loop and figure out what is going on.
