Dream Build? Good Or Nah

Hey Guys I've ended up changing my dream build a ton of times and I just can't finally settle at one build in which I can stay at in which I can have a great gaming experience and only for gaming movies, internet browsing, running programs and chrome fast with many tabs open. People tell me to go two way sli, people tell me get only one graphics card, no i7 4790k go i5 4690k, go radeon r9 290 not 780, motherboard isn't great choice, and all this other stuff that I really don't understand since I am new to the computer gaming world. I need alot of help and yes price of parts does count for me but I really do want a pc that can run games on highest settings at 1080p (might get a 1440p monitor in the future or even 4k but not entirely sure) with fps above 60 and don't dip under 40 or 35 because I hate lags during game.

Here's my build that I have come up with: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/yangster1997/saved/wHMwrH

Please help me end on the final verdict. I really just want to stay on one build and work towards it. Thanks Guys! :)

P.S. parts I already have are CX500 power supply, 1tb hard drive (Seagate)

This is what I would get if i had money, at 1440P and 4K it will be a much stronger system. Same size SSD's and if they're put into raid will preform amazingly! Also the motherboard will be able to OC very well, you don't have top pay $200+ for a ubber high end motherboard to get a good OC, the ROG series in reality are there for looks and LN2 people and that's really it, they don't give much back outside of that.

I agree on everythig but that AIO and the 16GB's of ram, doens't hurt to have 16GB's of ram and a AIO is good to have as well, but yeah the rest doesn't make sense but it's OP's money and if he wants help with a build we can help him!

only headache if he goes for the H100i is the mounting problems and pump failures

seen plenty of systems with CPU overheating and i see H100i in the system

also the Corsair Link software hates Win 8.1

I have revised his build

he should be able to fit a monitor now

So after reading everyone's builds and comments, I finally put together an updated build but I was wondering if you could take another look at it. I hope that this build can get over 60 fps and have smooth gaming with no lag spikes and stuff on my current 1080p

monitor. I have seen videos on youtube playing with each of the cards out there and there were dips of 30's or even 20 fps and I don't want that when I game. So this is the build I put together now. Also I don't know which graphics card is really best the Gigabyte Radeon R9 290x windforce, MSI Radeon R9 290 Twin Fronzr, or the I put into the build. Thank you so much for your help with this build.

With any of the 290's/x's (if they aren't the crapy AMD cooler ones) you will see easily above 50FPS in all games max 1080P, the cards are over kill for 1080P gaming but two of them should yield better FPS not double but close to it. It's a very nice build and a very powerful one with the I5 and the H220X, you can OC that CPU very, very well with that AIO as linus and slick both showed in their review.

Go with 2 780 with 6gb. Less noise and less temperature. Also you don't have to have so many fans. You could just water cooling the whole system instead of that.
