For some reason i cant see 60fps

Okay i can see the difference in this website http://30vs60.com/ but when i play games its not AS smooth!?!? i feels like im playing in 50fps! is it my monitor! or not! im super confused about this my monitor res is 1366x768 60hz i usually play with Vsync off, 

 

Specs;

Intel i5 4670k

GTX 780 superclocked 3gb

8gb of Adata RAM

Enable V-Sync and stand in an area without moving looking at something that's moving.

Ok im going to BF4 test range.

When your fps is above the refresh rate of the monitor you get tearing and in some games and cases it can feel like the fps is lower than what it actually is because of the torn up images.

You might need a G-sync chip for your eyes.

Or overclock your retinas.

I'm used to gaming at 25FPS so 60 is easily noticeable for me.

Looks fine to me. The far cry 4 one looks...off. Like post motion blur. The mirrors edge one looks normal to me. 

muh specs 

Gaming and HTPC (reparations)- ASUS 1080, MSI X99A SLI Plus, 5820k- 4.5GHz @ 1.25v, asetek based 360mm AIO, RM 1000x, 16GB memory, 750D with front USB 2.0 replaced with 3.0  ports, 2 250GB 850 EVOs in Raid 0 (why not, only has games on it), some hard drives

Screens- Acer preditor XB241H (1080p, 144Hz Gsync), LG 1080p ultrawide, (all mounted) directly wired to TV in other room

Stuff- k70 with reds, steel series rival, g13, full desk covering mouse mat

All parts black

Workstation(desk)- 3770k, 970 reference, 16GB of some crucial memory, a motherboard of some kind I don't remember, Micomsoft SC-512N1-L/DVI, CM Storm Trooper (It's got a handle, can you handle that?), 240mm Asetek based AIO, Crucial M550 256GB (upgrade soon), some hard drives, disc drives, and hot swap bays

Screens- 3  ASUS VN248H-P IPS 1080p screens mounted on a stand, some old tv on the wall above it. 

Stuff- Epicgear defiant (solderless swappable switches), g600, moutned mic and other stuff. 

Laptop docking area- 2 1440p korean monitors mounted, one AHVA matte, one samsung PLS gloss (very annoying, yes). Trashy Razer blackwidow chroma...I mean like the J key doesn't click anymore. I got a model M i use on it to, but its time for a new keyboard. Some edgy Utechsmart mouse similar to g600. Hooked to laptop dock for both of my dell precision laptops. (not only docking area)

Shelf- i7-2600 non-k (has vt-d), 380t, some ASUS sandy itx board, intel quad nic. Currently hosts shared files, setting up as pfsense box in VM. Also acts as spare gaming PC with a 580 or whatever someone brings. Hooked into laptop dock area via usb switch

Oh ok, Okay i tryed that and it was a little smoother i didnt feel slugish and i dont have a headache anymore, But in the website and on Twitch streams its just so goddamn smooth how do i get that smoothness like they do? differnt monitor? im so sorry if i sound like a noob, i really never cared about monitors and refresh rates :P

Depends on what they use for settings on their streams so I can't give a sure answer for that.

Am I the only one who has a serious problem with someone having a 780 and a 1366x768 monitor?

Wow, you're spoiled. I built my own from scratch, and saved up enough for a K-series retina. I wish my parents would have bought it... I have mine at a stable OC of 75Hz, and it's pretty sweet.

I remember when I was playing bf3 on my laptop some time ago, and I switched to ps3 to play with a friend. (Same screen, laptop has hdmi input). I immediately was like oh yea, console is 30 fps. Looks like laggy shit now that's I've played pc for a while. Not to mention that game, like many, dips below 30 a lot. 

This is despite owning it for the ps3 first and being used to it.

It was a summers night and my dad was pwnin some noobs on Halo while eating doritos and drinking mtn dew, then my mom came up and ask my dad if he can stop being a pleasant and play Doom on her PC, Then he said "No you faggot im pwnin sum noobs, Next im gonna pwn your mum" Then she ran off with her 60fps and then my dad started to get pwn by this 12 year old fag, And then finally when the 12 year old beat him he came into his xbox and then i left the other sperms and jumped into my moms...PC then thats how i was born.

Turn off the fps counter I find it gives a negative placebo effect, increase the field of view (I have mine at 100) and turn off motion blur.
