Blizzard Customer Support

Scratchy1215

Okay, i never played WoW just played diablo 3 and i decided to get the normal game and burning crusade transferred to my account i use for diablo 3.

Not only did the rep do this within 10min of my time he also upgraded my account to cataclysm so i got that plus wraith of the lich king free.

Today i get on to try and change my WoW login name changed from when i was a kid and made it and sadly i cant, but instead he gave me 7days free and mists of pandria for free.

Idc what you say about WoW or diablo 3, they have some pretty legit support representatives. Much much better then runescape thats for sure.

collectors editions as well  :D

They've been in the business for a super long time so they know how to do things.

Plus if you like WoW, they'll end up making more money off of you with the subscription fee.

like 99% of RS's support is automated, in the 10 years I played, not once did I actually get to talk to a real person about customer service things.

They are upgrading WoW accounts for lots of people to try and push the next expansion. I've received several email offering to upgrade my second account, sold my original one, from Cata to Mists for free if I resub. Also, The "base" game includes everything up to Cata now anyways. Click on Vanilla, BC, Wrath and Cata, and they all take you to same page. Vanilla through Cata, 1-85, for the base $19.99 price. It's the new version of what used to be Vanilla and BC as the "base" game.

You can get MoP for $9.99 or that £7.99 in real money atm in the Blizzard shop, but I agree Blizzard CS is good.

Blizzard support is brilliant compared to others. You always talk to a real person (Through Chat) and always within the time-scale they advise (48hrs) they always provide the correct information/answer I'm looking for.

Blizzard support is hands down the best I've ever dealt with. Gave them my number in a support request, they called me in less than 10 minutes, set me up with a new account, and merged it with my old locked out account in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. I was dumbfounded at how well the whole thing went. GG Blizz!

I've had similar experiences. My account got hacked and the retard didn't change my login details. The rep asked the basic questions to double check it was me and asked if my card ended in XXXX. When I said no, he ran the cards details, saw it wasn't the guy who had been using the account for 6 years and blocked the guys IP, kicking him off the game, found his personal WoW account, perma banned it, and deleted the credit card from my history and gave me an extra 3 months, plus what the twat bought on my account with his money, for free. This all only took 20 minutes.

Knowledge is power, guard it well.
