R9 270x Noise?

I was wondering if anyone knew how loud the MSI R9 270X ITX Graphics card was. it is supposed to have reduced heat (by 30%) from normal 270x's, and due to it's hybrid intake fan and rear exhaust design it's claimed to have a lower noise. Does anyone own this card? how loud is it? Also how well does it perform overall, or in comparison to other 270x's? Thanks!
