Computer Freezes at post windows launch.

Hello there,

I power on my PC and it freezes at the asrock start up screen. How I got to this was, I was playing BF4, the game crashed, brought me to the desktop and my mouse was lagging then it froze. So I reset the PC and now I'm here... I already tried to rest the CMOS by taking out the battery, and I took out GPU 0.

My PC specs:
ASrock 970 Ext3 R2.0

FX 8320 @4.5GHz with Be Quiet Shadow Rock 2 

XFX AMD 7950 CF

XFX Pro 650W
6GB DDR3 1333MHZ 3 dimms

1.5TB WD Green

DVD writer

What voltage was this FX8320 at? I think you might have toasted the VRMs.
