Looking for audio solution for $100 usd to $200

mariohead123

Looking for a good pair of headphones and a sound card to couple with it for between 100 and 200 usd, would love to hear any and all suggestions.

I am looking for mainly comfortable headphones, sound quality is not as important as that but I do not want bad quality.

Thank you for the suggestion, it's often difficult to judge how comfortable something is from a picture on the internet :)

If you want a good soundcard, you might as well get some good headphones to match with it.  But if you want to get both, I think it might push you out of your budget.

The other question is: what type of music do you listen to?

The other question is: what type of music do you listen to?

I listen to anything mostly but it would be dubstep as a main genre. Also I'm not entire looking for a Great sound card however I would rather have a more balanced solution, where I'm limited by neither the sound card or the headphones.

I would suggest the SE-A100s as they are my headphones of choice, but if you are mainly wanting to listen to dubstep probably not since they are are fully open headphone and will not have the boomy bass that you are probably looking for. The HTF600s as shown above are a great headphone as well that has plenty of accurate bass. If you are a gamer I would suggest possibly getting some HyperX Clouds as they are on sale for $50 at NCIXUS until tomorrow, they are Takstar Pro80's with an attached microphone.
