My Five Four Club experience

Browser

After seeing the sponsor slot on a video archive of the WAN show, and seeing slick wearing a shirt from the company and think "Hey, I think I'll like some of their clothes, lets try it out."
Do a quick sign up, quick survey, entered in my credit card information, and Boom. I'm done.

Fast forward a couple of weeks and I get the package of clothes, they're neatly folded, decent quality. I'd say they're about the same quality as like old navy or some of the cheaper express men stuff.
Overall, they picked out stuff that was good looking, but I wouldn't say it was $120 worth. I got a dress shirt and 2 tee shirts, at most the dress shirt looked and felt like a 50 dollar one at express and the Tees felt like you could get them for 15-20 at old navy. But hey, I paid 45 dollars for it, who cares right?

I decided to wait one month and see if the full $60 dollar price would be any better, but it turned out to be very similar to the first one, another dress shirt and two tees. That's when I decided I wanted to cancel. I go on their website and look for how to cancel on their FAQ, and it says for "For security reasons we can only process your cancellation once you have spoken to our customer service representative." WTF. Okay, They've got a 24/7 line to call so I can cancel right? Nope. I have to call between 9am-5pm PST. I live in central time zone, so that's 11am-7pm for me. I work the night shift so I sleep from 9am-5pm, giving me roughly two hours to call them to cancel. No big deal right? " *Please note that we are currently experiencing a high volume of phone calls. If your call to us drops, please do not hesitate to call back at a later time." They have this excuse written on their website so calling to try to cancel, I get dropped after 15 minutes of waiting.

In about 12 hours, I'll try calling them again, and I'll update when I am finally able to cancel my subscription.

TL;DR: Clothes are OKAY, and trying to cancel has been a total nightmare for the past 2 days (Friday and Monday because they arent open on the weekends)

I'm fine buying from online retailers. I don't want someone choosing what I wear, and overcharge for it.
