Graphics Card not allowing images to show up on my moniter.

Go to solution Solved by MourningSouls,

Since you're using a TV, are you sure it's set to the right input? Some TV's I've used auto switch to new signals, others don't.

Other than that my only thoughts are that it's DOA or you derped and it's not actually plugged in properly.

Hi there I'm new to the forums nice to meet you.

I'm having this problem with my graphics card. It's not allowing me to view images on my monitor. When I have my graphics card (evga GTX 750 ti SC) plugged into my computer there is no images displayed onto my screen. Today was the first time I have ever built a pc. Everything was successful it works :D thank goodness, So I decided to remove my graphics card , and i was able to see the images and the bios on the screen :D. But.......... I can't use my graphics card.

I called EVGA to see if they can help me out they asked me to update my BIOS I did, and it still doesn't work. So right now its just a regular pc :/ with no graphics card.

EVGA has also asked me to  either replace the card or go to the nearest micro center 45 minutes away ;~;

My Mother board is also an asrock z87 pro 3 if that helps

500w power supply

intelcore i5 4690k

I just want to know if anyone had the same problem as me, and to find out there is a solution,

If you would like I can make a video of myself turning on the pc with a graphics card and one without

Thanks

Would you Like me to post 2 pictures 1 with the graphics card and one without.   Without the graphics card the pc runs fine and I can see the image on my screen.

Also, try reseating the GPU, some boards you need to apply more pressure than you think to get it to seat fully. I had this problem with my R9-290 on my ASUS Maximus VII Hero board. I struggled for about a month thinking it was this or that and all it turned out to be was the graphics card wasn't seated all the way in.
