So I found this used Sony NEX-3N and its only about 200€ and I would like to know should I buy for making videos. I comes with 16-50mm lens and if I paid bit more I would get the lens adapter for other lenses too.

i own that camera and its amazing

its is THE best bang for the buck camera with interchangeable lens you will ever buy

 an APS-C camera at that price is unbeatable

 

 but with video you will have the choice between 60i and 30p

if thats ok with you then go for it

So I can film 1080p with what framerate? Could you also tell me how long videos would I be able to film with it?

Could always buy a few spare batteries, and have those on hand.
