PC Won't Boot into any OS or OS Installer.

Hello,

I can't boot into any OS or OS isntaller. Windows 7 Freezes on the starting windows and Windows 8 freezes on the logo.

How do I fix this! I'm desperate, I've spent past two days only trying to fix this.

Please help!

last resort is reset the CMOS

Not enough information. How are you attempting to install, USB or DVD, if DVD is it external? Have you tried clearing your CMOS?
