I think you've got a bad drive... Try sending it to some data recovery professionals if you absolutely need the data...

 

Else, pack it up and RMA it... It should still be covered under warranty...

Hey guys can i get any solution ?

my windows file explorer doesn't detect my external hdd

there any way i can acess the data inside hdd to back up

the hdd detected on device and printers

but not in windows explorer

no but show up on device manager

The BIOS Is freezing when i tried to find out the external hdd is detected by BIOS Or Not

if i unplug the bios will normal again

Is it the "MAC" version backup plus? My mom bought me one of those a while back (I don't have a MAC lol) and all I needed to do was load a driver for it off of Seagate's website.

 

support.seagate.com/crossplatform and download the HFS+ driver for windows

not it's not the mac version it's a normal version

Have you tried using a different computer to access it?

yeah i think i will bring it to data recovery professionals

thanks for help and the external HDD Is still waranty if i do recovery (i ask seagate support and they told so)
