Headset for both PS4 and X1

I'm looking for a headset that I can use both on my PlayStation 4 and my Xbox One but I have never really bought any proper headset for a console before, so I hope you guys can lend me some juicy knowledge  :D

 

Requirements:

Wireless (preferably no wires to the controllers either)

Can in some way be connected to both Xbox One and PlayStation 4 at the same time, so no wire/dongle/something-else-swapping

They make them different on purpose. Try looking for adapters so you can use a real quality headset. It's doubtful that you can find a wireless solution to work for both since I believe the PS4 uses bluetooth but the XBox One does not.
