Need a modeling favor

I have a model that has no colours, and I want to add colours, which I don't know how to do..

 

I linked the file and what I need is the Text to be white and the rest to be blue (0080FF)

If its not an assembly im not sure how to make them separate colors in saladworks.

@megadarkwood  do you have it in a .sldprt? format from solidoworks?

Found this: Just open a .stl file with SW and then under the options button, make sure to import as a solid body.  You will then have a .sldprt.
