Sony has apparently revealed there own form of TV on demand type device to go against Apple TV and Roku.

It will offer access to the playstation games library, going on sale October 14th in the US and 14th November for the uk it will be €/$ 99 and the uk cost hasn't been announced yet.

The playstation games will be available via remote play so I assume that you will have to own a playstation console in order to make anything useful out of that but they will also be allowing access to other apps like Netflix and Hulu for us I imagine.

Yeah, I have so many devices with similar functionality (including my PS4) that this means very little to me..

My PS3 still works. And my laptop. And my tablet. And my desktop. And my phone. And the Smart features in the TV.

 

What are the use of these things.

It will play all the ps vita games on a tv and will do the streaming for the ps4
