So the Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare multiplayer reveal event was yesterday and I have been watching youtube videos and there are so many people asking in the comments "Where you playing on Xbox 360 or Xbox one." and "Will it look the same on Xbox 360."  Word can not describe how mad that makes me.  Of course they where playing on Xbox one why would they show them the older console. (I have to put caps lock on for this to express this right) NO IT WILL NOT LOOK THE SAME ON XBOX 360 ITS A 9 YEAR OLD CONSOLE IF YOU WANT THE GAME TO LOOK GOOD BUY A XBOX ONE. Sorry but I can't wait till 2016 when they turn off the Xbox 360's online services.  I saw a lot of people mad at Ubisoft that Assassins Creed Unity will not be on Xbox 360. Sorry kids but if you want new games get a Xbox one.

Most of the time today it's because games are stripped down. Look at Watch Dogs. They said that on console it looks just as good as high on PC, and it does, but this is because the PC version had so many visual effects removed so that consoles could actually stand a chance. 

 

Everybody knows that if games were developed properly, xbone and PS4 versions would look like PC on low.

Yeah... High settings on an Xbox one... No. Maybe they could get GTA: San And- Nope. Nevermind. Maybe they would be able to max out SimCity 3.

To be honest, they wouldn't even look like a PC on low. If it were 720p low, just to get to that 60FPS border, then maybe.

Consoles can barely keep up with a graphics card from 5 generations ago, they are utterly pointless wastes of money and should be outlawed, and microsoft and sony should be required to return all profits from them that they gained via false advertising.

Well, if Ubisoft was making the game, then yes, the Xbox 360 version will "look the best" and everything with more horsepower will have identical quality to that version

 

Seriously though, console peasants gonna be console peasants.

 

I use those bricks for only single player games for a reason...

Honestly I feel you. It's been disheartening to see recent games having to be butchered in order to be able to run on previous gen consoles. 

Ex: BF4 riot shield was supposed to have more to it, even allow you to use your pistol with it but because of animation constraints on the 360 and PS3 they had to alter it to be trash.

EX2: Destiny was going to be 60FPS on next gen consoles but because the 360 has such a large and buttmad user base they locked it to the 360's 30 FPS.
