I'm upgrading my rig with the following list of parts over the next several months

 

Fractal R4 Done!

better thermal paste Done!

Swiftech H220 Done!

Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI Motherboard Done!

GTX 980 Done!

GTX 980 Waterblock and fittings

FiiO E10K Done!

another 8GB of memory removed

Better PSU (900w+) removed

White sleeved cables

 

pic current as of August 7th. looks silly having an ITX board in a mid tower. did my best with cable management. Thoughts?

compared to my old Elite 130, this case is soooo easy to manage cables. plus it's quieter and has more fans.

 

Had to remove the h220 due to a failed pump. here's an updated picture while I await my H220X

looks promising, and the cable management aint half bad, maybe go with the h320 though if you can, i heard its quieter.

I would, but the Fractal r4 only has 2 fan mounts in the top.

whoops, forgot about that, ah well the h220x is still really good.

I'm planning on getting some white tubing for it. I'm going to start going for a black and white colour scheme with red accents

Just ordered the Swiftech H220 since it was on sale for $99

So I got my H220 and mounted it in the front, so now my HDD and SSD are ghetto mounted in the 5.25 bays.

That will all be fixed once I get my new Mobo though.

Had to send in my H220 because the pump failed. NCIX is replacing it with a H220X.
