Are These Fans Any Good

So i have found these fans on ebay and i am replacing all of the fans in my case with silent fans do they performs well and are they really silent?

I don't know them, at that price it can't hurt giving the 120's a try right?

I have the Fractal fans in my R4 and I actually bought Extra theyre really good and quiet. I do however prefer the Swiftech Helix fans that I also use. I sue those arctic fans in my server, they arent particularly great. The Noiseblockers are top quality as well.

They're alright and far from spectacular. If you're getting Arctic cooling fans, go for pwm Co's.

You could alternatively get Noctuas or Akasa Apaches.
