UBER low ping times

So i was just using my wireless dongle to download drivers for my PC and i decided to do a speed test comparing it to Ethernet. on Ethernet I get about 12ms ping , 74 down , 18 up. Thease are the results from wireless  http://www.speedtest.net/result/3662711832.png

CPU : 4670k MOBO : MSI Z87 G45  RAM : 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz Graphics : MSI GTX660 OC Twin Frozr (Unfortunately) PSU :Corsair CX600M Storage : Crucial mx100 256GB, Seagate Barracuda 500GB 7200rpm  OS : Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

My friends ping ranges from 0ms to 2-3ms

0ms ping for wireless? Its impossible...

I thought that, wonder why it registers as that ?

I always get 250ms ping. Suckish internet sucks.

I can actually think of one reason. An internal windows proxy server would respond to the ping faster than without it. It would act like it's local on the machine. If you have a proxy enabled, that's why.

Wired it's always 0ms, but if hes using wireless it's like 10ish?
