GTX 760 Died :(

when i booted up into windows it black screens in a few seconds now im using my intel HD graphics no black screen my question hows EVGA RMA service & will they fix my card or give me a non reference model since the reference are no longer being sold ?

EVGA's RMA service is probably the best out of any PC hardware company. they will likely just send you a new one

Youll get a new card from Evga no questions asked. Many will agree evga leads in GPU warranty

EVGA will definitely get you back up and going. They might be able to get an identical replacement if not they're pretty cool with giving you something better.

If they dont have/Dont make the ref one they will send you a non ref. I RMA'd my EVGA 680gtx classified ref and got a non ref back.

EVGA is one of my favorite graphics cards brand, their warranties are the best.

But this time around i chose ASUS radeon

I can only confirm this. Last year I bought a GTX780 and it was DOA... EVGA´s customer service showed no attitude at all. I had to send the one card in (free of charge) and got the new within 5 days.

They even analized the DOA card and told me what was wrong with it. The only thing that EVGA requires is to register your product on their side to verify it.

 

BTW EVGA is pretty much the only brand I know that still gives you warranty when you fried a GPU with a watercooler! That´s best in service right there!
