Question about safe CPU temps

My new rig has my first CPU OC ever.  I normally don't OC components when they are under warranty but I got the Hyper EVO 212 cooler and figured screw it, let's see how fast this son of a bitch can go.

Okay not really, I was modest.  My i7-4790k is currently OC'd to 4.4Ghz, not even a hint of an issue so far.  Except, and justifiably so, it runs a little warmer than usual.

Idling: 30-40C

Desktop Work (Chrome/Movie/Etc): 35-45C

Gaming: 60-70C

Folding at Home Light: 65-80C

Folding at Home Full: 75-92C (92C is the highest temp value I've ever seen it go, though it usually does not stay there for any length of time)

Based on Intel's docs, it's best if the CPU is kept around 73C or less?  I know from Googles that temps get higher than that with or without OCs all the time, but also that CPUs go into safety shutdown not far past 100C.

So thoughts on those temps?  A little high or is that just the lot I got with Haswell?  I enjoy folding but not if it's going to obliterate my CPU in 2 years.  The machine does fold really, really well on Light, though.  I could always just keep it at that setting for longer periods.

You dont want to be seeing your processor going above 72C anything over that could damage it.

what voltages do you have cpu @?

**EDIT the reason I ask is because if you let the motherboard automatically adjust voltages for your cpu, the motherboard will go wayyy overboard. You could achieve a stable overclock with a voltage offset of +50mV (lets say), but if left on auto the motherboard would decide +200mV was appropriate, and cause way more heat than necessary.

TCase is not the max allowed temperature. TJMax is the max temperature. On Haswell it's 105C. As long as you stay under 85C you are good, but you can go up to 105C before damage starts occurring but the computer will throttle down way before that happens (and in some cases it will even shut off)

Intel's suggested running temp is for stock and stock cooler. You can't think it as good running temp for oc and aftermarket cooler. For those gaming temp seems fine. Have you done any other stress testing after OC than folding? And also volts would be nice to know.
