Music Files all over Desktop

So basically whenever I download music (its all legal btw) I kinda got a bad habit of dumping the files all over my desktop once opening the rar file. Now I have easily 50+ mixtapes, probably a lot more all over my desktop, and not only is it ugly I also think it is making my computer start up slower. The problem is, whenever I try to move into a single file I get an error message in ITunes saying "The Song ___ could not be used because the original file could not be found."

This is why I stoped using itunes, when you move shit around itunes doesn't delete the old file link so you end up with copys, you can either move to a other music player or

 

 

 

It's really stupid that you have to do that playlist to remove dead links.

Mainly foobar2000 at this point. I can't think of anything else that comes close to it, you can add alot of places for it to monitor, like i have mine looking at downloads music files and a few other places, you can change the outlook to whatever you want.

 

On otherhand, do you have an iphone or android phone?

ugh, I'd just stick with itunes for the sake of easy of use, just do what the video says everytime you move around music to remove deadlinks

You can have iPhone plugin to Foobar. But I have another suggestion. If you use WinRAR (I suppose 7-zip does this too) it remembers last folders where you have extracted files. So when you extract new rar, select previous destination. There are also options to extract to create new folder for files instead of dumping them mixed with all other files/folders.
