Asus maximum VI gene LED 00

Need help just bought my motherboard and I assemble it ita wont boot up got only black screen and 00 led on my motherboard

Open the manual and see what the 00 code means..

I had this with my Maximus VII Hero and 4790k. Grab the latest bios and use EZ Flash.

verify using socket LGA1150 CPU for this application (part number on CPU)

verify 8/24-pin connections as true and solid. verify the LEDs next to the 24-pin

connection. any of these CPU/RAM/VGA/Boot Device LED.s present?

verify no bent/abnormal alignment of CPU socket pins.

 

 

00 QLED code needs professional technical support from ASUS. i had an

ASUS Z77 GENE that went 00 and tried UEFI flashback, check for bent pins,

measured voltages and for not via the ASUS Tech Support. RMA or contact

retailer on your issue as you don't have the equipment to further diagnosis the

issue.

Its all brand new I out the cpu carefully there no bents

sometimes there are issues, but new DOA is a tough one. there isn't much to

that mobo (own one myself) to present 00 QLED. next step would be contact

the retailer (and that'll be a tough sell) or contact ASUS tech support for your

region.
