Build for my friends little-brother

Greetings fellow techies, i need your help with a build. I'm building this machine for my friends little-brother and i would like to make him the best rig possible for the amount of money i can spend. 

 

The budget is 7000 DKK (Danish currency) which is about 1260 USD. I will buy the parts from www.proshop.dk. (No Pcpartpicker please, hardware is a lot more expensive in Denmark due to taxes and what not) Please pick the parts on www.proshop.dk and then gather it all in the cart. Then take a screenshot or paste a link.

 

His little-brother plays CS:GO, Skyrim, Arma 3, DayZ, space engineers etc. This PC will primarily be used for gaming and maybe some websurfing. He will be running a single 1080p panel.

 

 

He also needs a new monitor. This monitor is not included in the budget. It has to be 1920x1080 @60hz 23-24" and as cheap as possible. (But not potato image quality)

 

Keyboard and mouse is not necessary. He also needs an OS but it's not that important (if you know i mean). IF there is room for a "legit" OS, then feel free to throw it in there with the other parts.
