Best El' Cheapo CPU Cooler?

I have stock cooler on my PC currently and would like to dabble into some light overclocking. I would prefer to pay anywhere from $10- 30 on a decent, quiet cooler. CPU: AMD FX 4130 MOBO: ASUS M5A78L-M USB 3

The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is acceptable for such a use, but that motherboard is pretty poopy for overclocking.

You'll be able to get a half-decent overclock from a Hyper 212 EVO.

just keep tracking ur cpu temps and run stability test for each overclock first...
