Maybe a new GPU (290/280)

Other than that, your PC is beast man. Makes me want to weep.

Maybe some decorations for your nerdcave?

A proper cooler.

Monitor.

Desk.

Chair.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

I guess one more thing I could suggest is build your own desk from IKEA, there's a thread somewhere on the forums.
