AOC i2367FM vs AOC i2369VM (which one should I buy)

Just wondering if you could help me choose the right monitor?

 

May I ask if you people know any difference between (AOC i2367FM vs AOC i2369VM)

 

they both have IPS and 23 inch display, but what is main difference in between them, which one I should buy?

The VM has DisplayPort, can be tilted, has a VESA mount so you can hang it on the wall et.c. and has a circular base.

The FM has an audio passthrough and bigger bezels.

I would get the VM, but I don't know the price difference
