Trying to overclock a Core 2 Quad Q9550. Help is appreciated, First time overclocking.

I am just gonna try and overclock my q9550 for fun and see if I can get a little more usability out of it. I have never done a cpu overclock so any help is appreciated.

I have been reading guides and they have me concerned that I will not get very far because my ram is 667MHz and not 800 or higher. Here is what I have for my system:

I think I have set up my bios to stock manual settings, and I would like to know where to go from here. Should I just start bumping up the FSB or do I need to overclock my ram first?

I tend to dump my RAM to a lower speed (e.g. 533) and make up the difference in FSB speed up to the difference (around 400) that will be a 3.4ghz clock. I'd also add 0.05v on top of that.
