Viewsonic VX2370S vs Dell IPS P2314H?

LunaticGTX460

so i had  quite a few monitors over the years
samsung samsung 226bw
dell u2312hm
a viewsonic can't remember the name but it ws 19 inch

and now a benq gw2750hm

i didn't like the samsung was way too bright and colors were just wrong on so many levels

the dell was a slow monitor there was no ghosting but the motion blur was horrific
besides that also the dell had this thing that he would send power in a non constant mode to its backlight making it a very tiring viewing experience
i think it's called PWM flickering.

the benq has one of the worst ghosting i have ever experienced, the color black is being stretched all over with this monitor, I do not know if this is the standard for all VA panels but jesus christ it is bad.
also it's a very slow monitor takes a long time to show me the screen when i turn on my pc. this monitor just feels lazy as fuck.

so, I want to buy a new monitor preferably ips but a fast one like s-ips, if tn then really good one.
as sharp as possible (no pixelation). response time doesn't matter just so it wouldn't have too much motion blur.
extreme color accuracy don't matter. but decent separation of colors.

and these two models are the ones I'm looking at right now.
Viewsonic VX2370S
vs
Dell IPS P2314H (is this the dell that they fixed the pwm flickering?)

budget around 300 dollars.

thank you all for your input. much appreciated.
