Best Cheap(ish) Monitor?

So, my crappy monitor has been dying for a while now.  And I've finally able to get a new monitor.  I dont have a crazy budget, and am more about lifespan and functionality over looks.   So, if its not IPS I dont mind.  

 

But I have up to $300NZD for a monitor over here, and I suck at monitors so I dont know which ones offer decent value for money or anything.  So I hope you guys can help me out, any legit and trustworthy online store is fine.

Oh, and I would love it if the monitor had DVI and came with a DVI cable, or if its HDMI I guess thats fine but I would love it to come with an HDMI cable.

Not recommended if you need a lot of stand adjustment on the stock stands. Offense not intended: Man New Zealand's pricing and availability is depressing.
