Under $400 Hackintosh

I have a shopping cart on newegg with hackintosh compatible parts it is at $376.21 USD. anyone know if theres a way to lower it, if you can find an 80 plus $29.99 power supply that will help and if you know if the Pentium anniversary edition will work with OS X and iboot/multibeast.
