Drop the PSU down to 600w, you don't need more than that unless you are running crossfire/sli.

If you can squeeze the extra money for a better monitor I'd recommend getting an IPS one like this: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/acer-h6-series-23-ips-led-hd-monitor/4751006.p?id=1219103673253&ref=199&loc=8BacdVP0GFs&siteID=8BacdVP0GFs-VgWIl6P8bSSY0FBXNvPWlg

Also, maybe consider a different keyboard, that's just my opinion though.

The two hardest games to run right now, Metro Last Light and Crysis 3, will run smoothly maxed on 1080p and on high on 1440p.

You gotta do you girl. I always say you gotta do you. And if he's doing him, then who's doing you? Because right now, it seems like no one's doing you.

4GHZ most likely, and yes you just need to upgrade your PSU

recommendations on a keyboard?

I'd personally spend as little as possible if you're going to get a membrane keyboard, and then when you have enough money buy a mechanical one. Personally I would go with a cheap Logitech or something, that's just personal preference though, it's up to you really.

Because you are buying an Enthoo Pro, it is designed for water cooling, use it that way.  Water will also give you much better performance, especially for only $60.  I changed the price because it goes on sale for $60, so wait for it to go on sale again, and then buy it.

Same with the keyboard, it usually goes on sale for $45-50 on Newegg.  Wait until it goes on sale for buy it.

You will not find a better CPU cooler for $60 than the Seidon 240M.  I own that cooler and the Enthoo Pro myself, it is an amazing combination.  I also own that Keyboard, it fits your black/red color scheme, and it is very sturdy and comes with extra macro keys, and designated media buttons.

Not at all, its an AIO = All in One, just plug it in and forget about it.
