Yeah, I kinda want semi modular. Here's the build I came up with with my personal touches.

If you are happy with the Corsair psu, then that looks good  :)

Without 870? 5/10

Bad balence on parts, especially GPU

With 870?

8/10

Great build

There is a lack of butts and horses, and I'm sure @Snickerzz would agree. Lack of butts and horses is a bad thing.

Seriously though, it's a pretty good build for the budget. 8/10.

It's sort of a placeholder. My parents won't go any higher than this, and I really want a powerful ass intel build, so I chose the cheapest 'meh' card. When the 870 comes, it'll be so good :D

Until a formal product announcement with details I would not make any assumptions regarding power requirements.

The spate of Nvidia leaks are likely their attempt to slow up AMD sales. Cheaper to leak vaporware than to actually become price competative.

It won't be over 200 watts though

I have never had any problems with Seagate drives myself. The Super flower is a better psu, and has a 5 year warranty, although it is non modular.

It won't be over 200 watts though

You are certain? The one engineering sample that has been observed had 1x8-pin + 2x6-pin on the card. Those alone allow for up to 300W. Now I don't expect the cards to be anywhere near that but we are only looking at four months waiting to know for a fact. I tend to be quite cautious when it comes to basing decisions on vaporware.
