How is this PC-Build?

I planning to use it mostly for gaming

 

CPU: Intel i5 4690k

Mainboard: Asrock z97 Extreme 4

GPU: MSI GTX 760 OC Twin Frozr

Power Supply:Bequiet Pure Power CM L8 530W

RAM: Crucial DIMM 16GB DDR3-1600

Budget? Location?
