"Start" hint text when mousing over Start button

ThisManzzz
Go to solution Solved by ThisManzzz,

Fixed it! Turns out there was an option to have the advanced context menu the whole time! Except I still don't know how to fix that "Start" text; but it ins't a huge deal, so whatever.

When I mouse over the start button in windows 8.1, I get this hint text soon afterwards. I'm using a custom start button addon (Start is Back). The text reads "Start". I already know this is the start button and I start here, I'd like to know how to remove it. It's just annoying >_>

On another note, I'd also like to know how to enable the option to get all the administrator tools when I right click my start button. Instead of the usual stuff, it gives me 2 options "Properties" and "Open File Explorer".

Thanks

I don't think that either of these are possible with start is back. I just went through all the options and I couldn't find one.

You can access the tools menu by right clicking in the bottom left corner from the start screen.

The start word doesn't come up unless you hover over the start button. I didn't notice that was a thing until i read this.
