Is Avexir any good for memory?

I've been looking at these. I like that lighting but I'm not sure if this is a brand to trust, I haven't seen them around before.

I have done a quick search to see if anyone else has asked this before, it didn't come up with anything.

RAM is mostly all the same and since it comes with lifetime warranty, I wouldn't worry very much.I haven't heard anything bad about Avexir.

Isn't that the ram that is really popular in the UK?

I don't think I know any ram manufacturer that isn't good. they apparently all come from the same place according to that inflation like a year or 2 ago.

I hear good about those :)

SO SEXY!!!

just had to put that out there. You're mostly paying for the heatsink and the lighting but the RAM is solid.

Ikr, I love that lighting!

Yeah that's it really. Funny thing is that they're actually the same price as their Corsair and Gskill equivalents and a little bit cheaper than both when you bump it up to 16gb

8gb - Corsair and Gskill

16gb - Corsair, Gskill and Avexir

Oh i know of them. :D It's just that replacing my Corsair RAM costs quite a lot. And while you're at it you of course want to go with a full bank of 4x4GB which is even more so.... :D

I was thinking of getting 4x4 but my store only have 1600MHz ones

not a good idea when I trying to run an APU build which uses the system RAM for VRAM

Are you looking from pcthemes? I believe they had a higher speed ram offering while I was there, the guy said it was possible to request for specific ram if I wanted.

I got the 1600, smexy ram

I think it was Cybermind who has the Dragon 1600 and 1866

but the 1866 is 16GB Kit version

the 8GB kit is 1600MHz

if PCThemes has them I will surely buy the APU+Mobo+RAM from them :)

With an APU it's a problem. I would be fine with 1600 MHz, i can do without those 10 FPS more in BF4. :D

Pretty mind blowing awesome!

But don't expect the lighting to look like the crucial ballistix tactical tracer lighting.

But its still awesome!

I think I like the lighting on these ones better than the Crucial ones tbh, it's softer and not as flashy, but that's probably just me :P
